PUBLIC ART/ COMMISSIONS

 2015/16  Restore; Wildflower Sculpture Park, South Mountain Reservation, South Orange, NJ/Essex

                  County Parks Dept.; Featuring a 20’ Gold Leaf and concrete fissure in the earth. Inspired by the

                 Japanese art of Kintsugi (golden repair), Restore symbolically honors the restoration of the land in

                  the Preserve. The fissure connects a tree on each side of the fence, either emerging from the

                  ground or returning to it, evoking the cycle of life and our responsibility to care for the land.

       2014   King Snake Mosaic; Essex County NJ Parks Department commission for the Turtle Back Zoo,   

                  West Orange, NJ; Featuring a 45’ x 4.5’ round King Snake made from Concrete, Ceramic 

                  Tile, Glass tile and Cast Glass located at the entrance of the Zoo.
